Problems logging in for the first time?
Account Activation requires you click a validation link in a welcome email. If you have not received the email, here are some options:
- Use the Create an Account option again with the same credentials to generate another email with a new validation link.
- Check the spam filters for your chosen email address.
- If you are using a work email address, try a personal email address instead. If this works, contact your company's email access department.
- If you are using a workplace computer or network, try again on a public wi-fi or perhaps on your phone's network.
